Conference Start a Three-Party Conference
End conf Stop a Three-Party Conference
Voice mail Deposit a voice message on a voice mail
Chained Transfer an external call to an internal set, with retrieval of this call
once the internal set user has ended the conversation
Announce Put a call on hold after a controlled release
Call Back Send a call back request to the called set
DTMF Send Transmit digits in DTMF voice frequency
DTMF Off Exit digit transmission in DTMF transparency
Flashing Send a calibrated pulse, also called cut-off or flashing
Delete Used to delete the contents of a softkey or a callback request
Cancel Cancel the consultation call and return to the main call
The softkeys are also used to:
- Implement operating features (callback, etc.)
- Customize the attendant set
- Modify system management
- Save (and use) the set individual phone book
1.4.2 Fixed Feature Keys
The fixed keys cannot be modified by the attendant or system administrator.
