- The normal call becomes an urgent call (indicated in the information bar at the top of the
screen)
- The Alarm LED located at the top of the attendant set flashes in red instead of green
Note:
If the attendant does not answer, the ringing cycle speeds up. The attendant set is then put absent. The
screen displays the Attendant status page:

Press the Sign on softkey to put the attendant in service.

displayed.
2.5.6 Answering a Callback Request
An authorized internal user can activate a callback request to the attendant.
To check callback requests presence, the attendant must press the fixed key.
For example, if two users have sent a callback request to the attendant, the screen displays:

Press the softkey next to 2 callbacks to consult the callback request list. The screen displays:
