Select the desired user by pressing the softkey next to his/her name. The screen displays:

The following softkeys are available:
Delete To delete the present callback request
Recall To recall the user who has sent a callback request
Delete all To delete all the callback requests
2.6 Putting a Call on Hold
During a conversation with a party (screen shown in: figure: Telephone Area Example (Internal
Call in Conversation) , pressing the Hold softkey:
- Puts the user set (internal or external user) on hold with the music-on-hold or waiting tone
- Displays the Rt&hold page.
The symbol ( ) in front of the caller information indicates that the caller in on hold
Note:
Pressing the F1 personal key has the same effect as pressing the Hold softkey. This puts the user set on
hold.
