Pressing the softkey next to the name of the caller retrieves the call on hold.
If the attendant does not retrieve the call before the end of the timer:
- Ringing is activated to indicate that the user is calling back the attendant set
- The urgent waiting call counter (in the information bar) is incremented
- The Alarm LED located at the top of the attendant set flashes in red
- The call on hold is also displayed in the next page
2.7 Consultation Call
2.7.1 Consultation Call to an Internal User
A consultation call is activated from the conversation screen (shown in figure: Telephone Area
Example (Internal Call in Conversation) ). The attendant dials the first digit of the desired
user's number (or uses any other call method, see: Methods for Calling a Number ).
As soon as the first digit has been dialed, a second telephone tab appears in the telephone
area:
