6.5 Greasing of articulations and runners
Grease these parts at the frequency indicated in the general chart and EACH TIME that the following
operations are performed:
after the machine has been washed
after a long idle period
after use in particularly harsh conditions, e.g. damp or dusty places, marine environments,
etc…
Grease the following points (see photos below):
1) all the articulation points of the lift structure, equipped with grease nipples
2) the runners of the extensible structure under the basket
3) the runners of the extensible structure on the chassis
Remove all dirt from the parts before greasing.
Use grease type ESSO BEACON-EP 2 or equivalent.
6.6 Hydraulic tank oil level inspection
Check the hydraulic oil level on the level gauge on the reservoir (see next photo).
The instrument houses a thermometer for liquids, which displays the oil temperature instantaneously.
The oil level in the tank must always reach about halfway up the gauge, as shown on the next page.
