6.12 Microswitch operation test
Perform a functional inspection of the following devices at the inspection frequencies indicated in the
general chart.
a) Transport Height safety limit switch
b) “Anti-crushing device” safety limit switch
A) TRANSPORT HEIGHT SAFETY LIMIT SWITCH
Configure the platform right above the transport height (surface > 2m);
At this point the following conditions should be met:
o the platform can no longer be levelled
If the operations described above take place in the indicated sequence, it means that the limit switches
are functioning properly.
REPEAT THE OPERATION DESCRIBED ABOVE LEVELLING THE OTHER TRACK AND
PERFORMING LONGITUDINAL LEVELLING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.
