Maintenance
6.1 General maintenance
The main maintenance interventions and the frequencies with which they must be carried out are given
in the chart below.
Attention: All maintenance operations must be performed as indicated in Chapter 2 Safety information.
Most esp
ecially, maintenance must only be carried out after the emergency push-button has been pressed,
the eng
ine turned off and using individual protective equipment

tion: Disconnect the machine from all power sources
Atten
tion: It is mandatory to perform all MEWP movements required for inspections/maintenance from the
g
round and without persons in the basket. When checking machine operation from the basket, the required
m
ovements must be performed as near to the ground as possible.
Note: Use of spurious spare parts or parts that have not been approved by the manufacturer voids the warranty
and r
elieves ALMAC S.r.l. from all liability.
Note: Modifications or variations to the MEWP are forbidden unless authorized by the manufacturer.
Note: Al
l maintenance work that is not described in this manual must be authorized by ALMAC S.r.l. and must
be pe
rformed by personnel authorized by the latter.
