Working in This Manual
While working in this manual, icons in the outside page margins represent
various kinds of information that serve as reminders or extra information
about the topic, or navigation information when working from the User
Interface.
Descriptions of User Interface menus, terms, characters, parameters, and
commands can be found in Chapter 4 – User Interface.
 Reminder icon:
These reminders indicate related information about the topic, certain actions that
are necessary before continuing with the current procedure, or information that
is recommended by AMETEK.

User Interface Navigation icon:
While working from the User Interface, use these navigational aids to quickly
access different screens. In this example, the system navigates to the Fast Cooling
Rate (FRate) screen, where you can change the Fast-per-minute cooling rate
temperature that will be used to cool the mirror during the Cooling Stage of the
analyzer measuring cycle. See “Navigating From the User Interface” in Chapter 4.
