3. Enter the calibration gas values for the gases you have selected.
Minimum and maximum values are noted on the screen aside of each
entry field.
- These gas values match the span and zero calibration gas cylinders
you use to calibrate your system.
The span gas is the high calibration gas. The zero gas is the low cali-
bration gas.
4. Enter the Recovery Duration.
- Define a time period for the system to recover from reading calibra-
tion gas values to reading process gases.
5. Enter the Cal Gas duration.
If you have already entered your calibration gas values under the
Configuration_Cal Gas Values tab, they will be visible in the fields.
When gases are injected they begin to stabilize. The STATUS button
will show the Stabilizing . . . in red. Once the gases have stabilized, the
READY status is indicated and the ACCEPT button can be clicked on.
6. The system will calibrate the O
2
and combustibles zero gas. When the
readings have stabilized (READY), click the ACCEPT button to accept
the values and continue the calibration or click on the Abort button to
abort the calibration.
