Gait Training
The Maxi Sky 2 series of ceiling lifts can be used to assist patients in rehabilitation training as they remain
suspended in the sling preventing them from falling.
Place the rehabilitation sling around the patient.
Approach the Maxi Sky 2 so that the spreader bar is close
enough to be able to connect the loops.
Connect the loops to the spreader bar.
Ensure that all loops are securely connected, and then
raise the spreader bar to desired weight bearing condition
for the patient.
When gait training activities are done, lower the patient to
a seated position and remove the sling.
WARNING: When using the lowering function be
careful to not hit the patient with the spreader bar as
this could cause injury.
NOTE: The patient can only travel in the direction of
the rail.
