PROBLEM TO CHECK
The LED is still flashing GREEN
after 24 hours of continuous
charging with lift under charging
station.
• Batteries might not charge or charging station might be
defective.
• Contact your local Arjo agent to have the batteries replaced or
charging system maintenance.
ECS: Even with low batteries, lift
GREEN LED does not flash
15 minutes after the last
activation of the lift.
• Check if wall charger is connected to a standard outlet.
• Check if wall charger outlet has power.
• Check if the charger is connected to the ECS cable adaptor on
the fixed track.
• Check if all extensions used are connected properly.
• Check if there is an interrupted contact strip along both sides of
the track.
• If all above checks are OK and GREEN LED still not flashing,
contact your local Arjo agent.
ECS: After continuous 8 hour
batteries charging sequence, the
ECS symbol still appears on
display and GREEN LED still
flashing.
• Press any button on the handset to wake up the LCD display;
battery icon should be full. If not, batteries might not charge or
ECS system might be defective.
• Contact your local Arjo agent to have the batteries replaced or
ECS system maintenance.
(for Maxi Sky 2 IC only)
Audible noise in the transmission
when the strap slack happens.
• Check if there is a maintenance code on the LCD display:
• If no, it is a normal sound generated by the coated strap.
• If yes, contact your local Arjo agent.
