3. Tap the Message field and type a message.
A message can contain up to 5000 characters.
− Tap the Send icon
to send the message.
− Tap the Close icon
to return to the main conversation view without sending the message.
8.2 Reply to Message
1. Tap the incoming message notification, or tap the message in the main conversation view.
2. Tap the Message field and type a reply.
− Tap the Send icon
to send the reply.
− Tap the Close icon
to return to the main conversation view without sending the reply.
8.3 Search for Message
1. Tap the Search icon .
2. Type a search criteria, such as a phone number in the Search field. The messages are dynamically
filtered to match the search criteria.
− Tap Clear the Search icon
to clear the Search field.
− Tap the Close icon
to return to the main Conversation view.
8.4 Copy, Delete and Forward Messages
1. Tap and hold a message, inside a conversation, to show the message option menu.
2. Tap the corresponding action.
8.5 Delete Conversations
Caution
When deleting a conversation, all messages included in that conversation are deleted.
1. Tap the Delete icon

2. Select one, or several, conversations, or tap Select all to select all conversations.
3. Tap Delete, and then tap:
− Delete to delete the selected conversations.
− Cancel to return to the conversations view without deleting the conversations.
8.6 Call Contact from a Message
1. Open the message, and tap the Call icon .
2. In the menu that appears, tap Call name/number to call the contact.
