Welcome and Introduction
Welcome to Aspen Avionics’ Evolution Backup
Display system. The EBD Basic version is a fully digital,
independent ight instrument display that replaces all
traditional mechanical backup instrumentation.
Built to complement existing non-Aspen glass cockpit
solutions, the Evolution Backup Display is exceptionally
easy to use and is built from the same robust, feature-rich
platform as the popular Evolution Flight Display System.
Your transition to glass is fully supported with Aspen’s
backup solution, giving you better, more reliable
situational awareness in an emergency situation.
