Reference Guide
The Evolution Backup Display is a panel-mounted digital backup ight
display system that presents the pilot with displays of attitude, altitude,
indicated airspeed, heading, rate of turn, slip/skid, and navigation course
deviation information. The system also displays supplemental ight data,
such as winds, TAS, OAT, groundspeed, moving maps, pilot-selectable
indices (bugs), and various annunciations to increase situational
awareness and enhance ight safety. Moving map situational awareness
information is displayed when the unit is connected to compatible GPS
equipment.
