The motorised multi-point lock 519 offers:
· Intrusion resistance thanks to three solid, hardened bolts with
20 mm throw,
· can be expanded by adding a fourth bolt for very tall doors,
· Burglary resistance up to Resistance Class 4 achievable in suit-
able door systems
· approval for fire doors,
· panic function according to DIN EN 179 and EN 1125,
· mechanical automatic locking with mechanical sequence
control system,
· suitability for door automation thanks to motorised unlocking,
· monitoring functions with use of the UII control module,
· office function (permanent unlocking function),
· deadbolt counterforce of 6,000 N,
· lateral deadbolt resistance of 20,000 N.
Product version
The motorised multi-point lock 519 is only designed in the E-function (reversing function) version.
E-function (reversing function)
With the E-function, the door is equipped with a front door fitting. For this function, the locking cylinder is
designed for manual unlocking from outside.
Actuating the locking cylinder mechanically retracts the latch bolt and deadbolt. The door can then be
used.
The bolts automatically extend when the doors are closed. The door is then locked again.
