Quick reference guide - telephone base
HOME (Speakerphone)
f Press to make or answer a home call
using the speakerphone (page 52).
f Flashes quickly when there is an
incoming home call.
f Flashes slowly when a home call is on
hold.
CALL BLOCK
f Press to block the incoming call when
the telephone is ringing (page 107) or
during the call (page 140).
f When the phone is not in use, press
to show the Smart call blocker menu
(page 111).
MUTE
f During a call, press to mute the
microphone (page 61).
f While the telephone base is ringing,
press to silence the ringer temporarily
(page 55).
X/DELETE
f Press to delete the message currently
playing (page 155).
f When the phone is not in use, press
twice to delete all previously reviewed
messages (page 155).
f While reviewing the redial list, directory,
caller ID log, allow list, block list, or star
name list, press to delete an individual
entry (pages 68, 95, 105, 121,
117 and 124).
f While entering names or numbers,
press to delete a digit or a character.
f While entering numbers, press and hold
to delete all digits or characters.
f While predialing, press to delete
a digit.
/REPEAT
f During message playback, press to
repeat a message or press twice to play
the previous message (page 155).
