OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.9.10.1.21.2.0.121
Description The alarm is sent when a Track ID goes down or up (i.e., the destination of
the Track ID is no longer reachable). The alarm includes the Track ID,
interface name, destination address and the new track state. To configure
the tracking feature, use the track command.

If the problem is with the destination
device or with some network element
along the path, you need to resolve the
problem on the point of failure (not on
the MSBR device). If the problem is on
the MSBR device, for example, the
source interface used by the Track is
down, you need to resolve the problem
(by reconnecting a network cable,
reconfiguring a removed interface from
configuration, etc.)
