Description The alarm is sent upon a change in the status of the 3G cellular (wireless)
USB modem or integrated LTE (4G cellular) modem. A change can be in
any of the following:
■ Vendor ID
■ Product ID
■ Cellular state (shutdown or no shutdown)
■ Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) in dBm
■ Cellular dongle status ("up" or "down")
