5.2.3 Measuring Cell
Disconnect the inlet and outlet hoses from the measuring cell.
Undo the 6 Phillips screws to release the retaining brackets.
Mount the new measuring cell.
5.2.4 Filter/Receiver
Disconnect 10-pin plug J1 from the detector pcb.
Remove the complete gas analyzer from the base plate (see Dismantling the 4-/5-Gas
Measuring Instruments Unit)
Undo the 4 screws.
Replace the components.
5.2.5 Pressure Sensor
Unsolder the sensor.
Disconnect the hose.
Attach the hose to the new pressure sensor.
Solder the new sensor into position.
The sensor’s zero point is set by means of potentiometer R124 (adjustment
instructions required).
Never touch the glass tube of the measuring cell, light cell or
receiver with your bare fingers.
Always use gloves.
The preamplifier board may only be replaced together with
the EPROM on the lambda pcb because the two components
are finely tuned to each other.
Replacing the board is only allowed with permission by
AVL List GmbH!
