When reassembling, note:
The panels are not screwed in place. They are automatically held in place by the two
half-shells.
The protective conductor connections must face the measuring chamber.
When the two half-shells are reassembled, the panels must not slip out from the fixing
bolts and get jammed.
6.12 Electrical Wiring
The wiring basically comprises 2 looms of cables:
"Control" cable BV1605
The connector is fastened to the half-shell by 4 snap rivets (MK0219).
"Heating" cable BV1620
The connector is fastened to the half-shell by the following elements:
2 oval-head screws M3x12 DS0157
2 washers DZ0245
2 hexagon nuts M3 DM0085
The cable routing is as shown in Fig. 6-30Fig. 6-32
An additional cable (BV1710) is available for converting the opacity measuring
chamber to 110 V.
Make sure that the purging air panels are reassembled in their
correct position (see Fig. 6-29).
