Seal ring YM2721 is glued on with silicon.
• Before replacing the protecting glass, first remove the seal ring.
• Then undo the 2 countersunk screws concealed beneath the seal ring.
• The entire light unit can now be pulled out from the rear.
• You can then press the protecting glass off the spacing ring (glued with silicon
adhesive).
• Clean any remains of silicon adhesive from the spacing ring.
• Replace the light unit in the cover plate.
• Bond the protecting glass to the spacing ring from the outside.
• Bond the seal ring back into place with silicon adhesive.
Connecting the lines:
• Connect the two plastic plugs to the lamp socket.
• Connect the two metal plugs to the connections on the lamp head.
Make sure that no adhesive gets onto the glass or smears it.
