The National Sanitary Regulation defines the need to perform the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational (OQ)
of this equipment. These qualifications must be performed by the equipment supplier or by your service channels,
after installation and repeated every year or after important interventions in the equipment.
Usually these services are negotiated with the buyer at the time of purchase of the equipment. If this has not

Also a Performance Qualification (PQ), to validate the processes performed by the equipment, with the parameters
defined by the user, is a requirement of sanitary regulation. Baumer S.A. has availability to perform this service for its
clients or to monitor the performance of this qualification when performed by third parties. Consult us on how to hire

Baumer S.A. and its service channels have other services that can be contracted by users of our products, which
guarantee an extended service life and a perfect functioning of this equipment, minimizing occurrences that may
interrupt the use of the same. Consult us for contracting preventive maintenance services and specialized technical
