When moving objects close to the equipment, take due care with the pendrive connected to it,
avoiding damage.
Perform the correct procedures to connect the lumens to the equipment, as this is the only way that
cleaning will be guaranteed.
When the Ultrasonic washer has not been in operation for more than 5 days, turn off the power switch
and close the water supply valve. This task must be performed by qualified personnel.
4. Baumer Limited Warranty Term
I. Introduction
This term sets forth the limited warranty conditions of the BAUMER Product to the original Purchaser, in which Baumer
S.A. warrants that its products are delivered free of manufacturing defects.
II. Warranty Period
The warranty starts from the issuance of the Sales Invoice and has the following deadlines:
• 5 (five) years for pressure vessels (steam sterilizers and steam generation boilers);
• 13 (thirteen) months against manufacturing defect for general parts, not indicated in specific warranty;
• 6 (six) months for electrical / electronic material, hydraulic seals and other items listed in the specific section of the
instruction manual or equipment manual;
• 90 (ninety) days for components susceptible to normal wear and tear such as lamps, plugs, fittings, connectors,
instrumentation cables, removable accessories, reverse osmosis membranes and other items listed in the specific
section of the instruction manual or use of the equipment.
III. Condition for granting the Limited Warranty
It is a condition for granting the warranty of the product the formal proof of compliance with the following criteria:
1. The product has been received by the Buyer, attesting to your conference with the one informed on the invoice at
the time of delivery, free of apparent damages and with the packaging intact;
2. Installation has occurred as determined in the Product Installation Guide or the Installation Manual, with the correct
fulfillment and approval of the particular Technical Delivery Report (RET);
3. The installation has been done by a professional accredited or formally authorized by Baumer;
4. The Installation Qualification (QI) and Operational Qualification (QO) protocols have been implemented and
approved as required by law and / or mandated in the Installation Guide or Manuals / Instruction for Use;
5. Check the preventive maintenance, indicated in the Maintenance Manual, through registers;
6. Use original parts and / or components for the Equipment, that is, only those supplied by Baumer S.A.;
7. Do not allow interventions by unauthorized technical agents for repairs, applications and installations of additional
components;
8. To return formally to Baumer S.A. (Mogi Mirim factory), through its authorized agent, within a maximum of 10 (ten)
working days, the components and / or parts replaced as warranty.
Note: The guarantee may be suspended at any time in case of pending clauses III item 8. If there are open return
parts the corrective maintenance service will be done under collection, with presentation of linked budget.
IV - Effectiveness of the Warranty
The granting of the Warranty will only be formally given to the Buyer with proof of compliance with the items in section
III of this document and must be sent to Baumer S.A. at the physical or electronic address included in the Installation
Guide and / or Instructions for Use or Product Manual the following documents:
