Ultrasonic washer
Model: E0201
10.1.2 Rising stage
In order to be able to qualify within the cleaning phase, the flushing step is responsible for preparing the load for
subsequent cleaning, "brandling" the succession or preceding a cleanness to eliminate product residues. If you can
enable:
Rising time: program the desired volume;
Ultrasonic time: time of ultrasonic;
Flow time: descript time schedule.
If enabled, the flow and ultrasound will alternate during the programmed time. It is important that the
sum of the times of these systems in the bone systems is less than the time of flushing so that there is
enough time to carry out both actions.
For a flow step to precede a cleanliness step, the cleanliness step must be programmed with time 0
(zero).
