Ultrasonic washer

Microprocessor Controller: dedicated industrial CLP type with self-test routines, self-diagnostics and cycle
supervision by watchdog timer.
Human machine interface (HMI): 4.3" Touch Screen, there is the possibility to program with the cycles of cleaning.
The information required to parameterize cleaning cycles changes on the display. It allows, by means of the access
password, the manual activation of all the devices of output of the controller, which allows to carry out cycle cycles
manually. The graphic interface was designed and studied to guarantee cognitive ergonomics, usability, fluidity and
ease of handling the equipment.
Process control: The team performs temperature control using a PT100 temperature sensor, using control
algorithms using software that guarantees the accuracy and control of variables in the system. The temperature
indication is carried out through a digital display type HMI.
The panel also contains the security and control instruments indicated below:
On / off switch;
Emergency button.
6.3 Instrumentation and control
Electronic temperature control system: a pair of temperature sensors, type platinum thermistor PT-100 class A,
located near the chamber drain, read the process temperature. The washer-disinfector has an output signal of 4 to
20mA. The indications are performed digitally through the interface of the panels, in ºC.
Other instruments
Thermal printer: of 40 columns, consisted of a thermoplastic body of high resistance and the technology for thermal
printing, coil of paper protected by cover, serial interface, and installed in the front panel of the washer-disinfector, or
in the unload panel as optional.
It allows the complete documentation of the disinfection process with data such as the:
Name of the establishment; identification of the washer-disinfector; date; start time of cycle; number
of the cycle; loading code;
Number and name of the program with parameters to be reached in the process. Cycle control
information by A0, when applicable;
Information of the phases performed, with hour and minute recording and the corresponding
temperature data of the control sensor, temperature of the verification sensor;
At the end of the cycle the complete cycle information and the process time. When controlled by "A0"
the corresponding "A" value will be printed;
The occurrence of failure on the cycle execution.
