Ultrasonic washer
Model: E0201
Other components
Circulation pump: Circulation pump in thermoplastic and hoses in colorless plastic. For efficient cleaning, the water
circulates from the bath, so that it does not fall still.
Heating: A resistance that acts in the water heating guaranteeing a greater elimination of the succession, equipped
with a security system that avoids eventual events of overtemperature.
Detergent pump: Equipment equipped with a (01) peristaltic pump that allows the programming of the volume of
injection of the necessary product to carry out the cycle. This product can be: enzymatic detergent, alkaline, wetting
agent, lubricant, descaling agent and others whose compatibility must be evaluated by Baumer technical assistance
network (contact indicated in item 19).
Drain pump: Thermoplastic pump that helps to drain the bath, according to programmable cycles.
Hydraulic system: Equipments with tubes, valves and hoses of materials that vary in stainless steel, thermoplastics
and silicone.
Security: The Ultrasonic washer has the following security systems: beginning of the cycle released only with the
cover of the closed tank.
Ultrasound sensor: Monitors the ultrasound in order to prevent a cycle from being performed if it is disabled.
Paperless: System for recording cycle information in electronic media (in PDF format) without the use of paper.
Data can be accessed via USB and will only be recorded using a USB stick.
Ultrasonic washer programs
The Ultrasonic washer is administered with 10 cycles and allows the programming of up to 3 phases in a cleaning
cycle, and each phase consists of cleaning and flushing. At the request of the customer, Baumer SA can supply the
product with special features and cycles. The continuation changes in the respective cycles and is standardized in
the factory.
Cycle 1 - Instrumental program;
Cycle 2 - Delicate instrumental program;
Cycle 3 - Instrumental Orthopedics Program;
Cycle 4 - Cannulated program (lumens);
Cycles 5 to 10 - Open programs (to program user discretion).
The programmable parameters, the allowed programming range and the profile of the available cycles are described
in chapter 10.
The cycle values are standard values and can be changed according to need.
All of these cycles allow external programming using a password. Parameterization possibilities vary
according to the characteristics of each cycle, but in general include the definition of clean time,
ultrasound time, flow time, product volume, temperature and flush time.
The pendrive is not included with the product.
The command does not allow changing the parameters with the cycle started. In the same way, it is
impossible to program incompatible parameters with the structure of the ultrasonic washer.
