15.1 Components subject to wear
The following are components that suffer from natural wear and tear due to the use of the equipment, so these items
are not covered by the Limited Product Warranty:
• Door sealing gaskets;
• Components gaskets;
• Valve repairs;
• Filter and filter elements;
• Matrix printer tape;
• Triclamp and NW junction joints;
• Pump gaskets;
• Ignition electrodes;
• Bearings, pulleys, bearings and couplings;
• Relays and Contactors;
• Lubricating oils.
15.2 Other important recommendations
The following recommendations should be followed as they are important for the safety of the operators and the
equipment, also for their correct operation, as some are foreseen in a specific standard:
• The instruments and controls must be calibrated and checked to ensure good operating conditions
annually;
• It is recommended that the revalidation process be carried out in all phases and enable operators.

responsible for the process of the total safety and quality of the adopted procedures, with documented

15.3 Special user attention
Requirements for products (detergents and similar) used in Ultrasonic washers E0201
The following describes the basic characteristics of enzymatic and alkaline products:
• Use only liquid products;
• The product must produce minimal foam corners, ideally without foam. Even in small corners the
existence of foam will substantially decrease the effectiveness of cleanliness. In case of foam excess,
the Ultrasonic washer will not be able to clean the materials and eliminate all the residues of the
product, it will be necessary several stages of flushing;
• The product must be free of particles so that the nozzle pump valves are not blocked;
• The product must not be corrosive;
• The products must have a guaranteed rhinoceroses (in the case of residues of the product or the
organic load in the wall of the equipment or in the material that washes);
• The products are very concentrated and must be handled with care;
• The recommended concentration is normally 0.5 to 5 ml / l. The concentration of the product also
depends on other variables such as:
o Degree of water hardness;
o Dirty intensity;
o Water temperature.
Generally speaking, the wash water temperature must be between 35 ° C and 45 ° C (in the necessity of blood
cleaning, use lower temperatures).
Product replenishment
When the equipment has a low product level, it is necessary to replenish it so that any cycle can efficiently complete
the cleaning of the instruments or the lumens.
Checking product supply
The hose that recovers the product must be free of plugs, obstructions any interference that prevents the product
from reaching the container.
