Ultrasonic washer

The use of the equipment does not exempt the need for manual pre-cleaning of the materials to be
processed in the Ultrasonic washer as indicated in Resolution RDC No. 15, of March 15, 2012, section
VI, articles 65, 66 and 67.
Detergents are concentrated and must be handled with care. In case of accidental contact with skin
or clothing, wash immediately with clean water. For eyes, seek medical attention immediately. In case
of ingestion, remove the product from the mouth, drink water or milk and seek medical attention
immediately.
The electrical panel marked with the “Electricity Identification” label must not be opened by
unauthorized personnel at risk of electric shock.
The failure or absence of grounding in the equipment, as well as a bad dimensioning of the electrical
network can compromise the safety of the operator.
In places with the presence of a “Hot surface” label, the temperature may exceed the body limit, which
may cause burns or discomfort.
The Ultrasonic washer cannot be filled with flammable and explosive charges, as well as others that
are not included in this manual.
Operators using the equipment must be qualified to operate it.
When supplying or removing load from the ultrasonic washer, use the correct personal protective
equipment.
When opening and closing the cover, do not place any part of the body or object in its movement
path.
When opening the door, a small amount of steam may escape. Do not position any part of your body
near the steam outlet to avoid burns or discomfort.
To clean the equipment, turn off the power supply. Wait for the equipment to cool down and only after
performing the service.
To perform maintenance, turn off the power supply. Wait for the equipment to cool and then perform
the service.
The images presented in this document are merely illustrative, and may vary due to the option settings
requested at the time of purchase.
When removing the reprocessed materials from inside the vat, take care to avoid liquids falling on the
equipment's operation panel.
