9. Check and correct if necessary the calibration factors for the analog speed setpoint: Param. \
Comp./Motor page 3.1..3
The calibration of the analog output signal (0-10V) must correspond to the calibration in the variable
speed drive. See section 9.7 for further details.
10. Enable the oil pump for booster systems (if supplied and connected): Param. \ Oil System.
11. Set the oil separator load high warning and alarm: Param. \ Oil System.
Set the values according to the oil separator type on the ACP. The values indicate the limit for the
discharge gas flow (not to be confused with the swept volume of the compressor or ACP unit).

12. Enable the optional economizer system (if supplied and connected): Param. \ Economizer.
9.3 Configuration ACP LINK panel, plant specific parameters
Some parameters and timers must be set according the plant operating conditions, ACP-size, plant size, etc.
1. Set the module capacity limiter step: Param. \ Plant page 1
A rule of thumb is to the set the value roughly to 10% of the total swept volume of the ACP.
2. Set the suction pressure low alarm and warning: Param. \ Plant page 2
Typically defined by the plant temperature level. Assure, where possible a sufficient difference
between warning and alarm level for the limiter function to operate properly.
3. Set the discharge pressure high alarm and warning: Param. \ Plant page 2
Typically defined by the plant design pressure and high pressure switch settings.. Assure, where
possible a sufficient difference between warning and alarm level for the limiter function to operate
properly.
4. Set the process temperature low alarm and warning: Param. \ Plant page 3
Defined by the plant temperature level. Assure, where possible a sufficient difference between
warning and alarm level for the limiter function to operate. If the external process temperature
sensor is not connected, then disable this sensor: Param. \ Plant page 1
5. Check correct setup of remote suction und discharge temperature and pressure sensors: Param. \
Plant page 4
Enable only the sensors that are connected to the electrical panel IO module.
6. Setup the PID regulator type and setpoint: Param. \ PID page 1
Only necessary, if regulation mode “auto” is used. Tuning of PID regulator parameters: see section
10.11.
