MAINTENANCE and LUBRICATION
Blue Giant Dock Levelers are designed and manufactured to be as
Maintenance-Free as possible.
Designed specifically with a minimum number of moving
parts and lifetime lubricated pivot points to assure
maximum maintenance-free life expectancy.
Designed with broad-range operating adjustments that
assure correct operation over a long period of time with no
re-adjustments required.
For extreme applications and strict adherence to regulated safety
issues, our service and safety advisors recommend a Planned
Inspection Program be implemented by the end user.
Application and local requirements will dictate frequency and
structure of inspections.
Eg: In many localities, all lifting devices must be inspected a
minimum once per year.
