6.6 Reading parameter values into the template file
The template file created in section 4.1 is filled with the related current pa-
rameter values of the drive.
The system will not add any additional parameters or commands to the tar-
get file or change the sequence of the parameters stored.
This function can be used to
 document the parameters of a drive in a certain order of parameters (e.g.
to input the rho machine parameter group 7xx)
 find out the differences between parameters of different drives.
 Select the menu sequence:

 Click on ”1” in order to select the template file.
Only the parameters contained in this file will be read from the drive.
 Click on ”2” to enter the path and name of the target file.
 Click on ”OK” to generate the target file.
 Click on ”OK” to start the function.
After a successful reading, the target file has been generated and contains
the current parameter values after the equals signs.
The target file may have the following contents, for example:

s32 =0b0000.0000.0000.0011
s100 =50.0
