4.2.1 Operating frequency of the power output stage
The operating frequency of the power output stage (P-0-0001) has to be set
according to the selected motor-module combination. A reduced operating
frequency increases the electrical output power available.
Possible settings: 4000 Hz or
8000 Hz (factory setting)
Since this setting has consequences for other parameters, it must be
entered first.
Change parameter P-0-0001 according to your requirements. The drive
must be in phase 2.
Execute the ”Save main memory” command.
The new setting will not be active before the drive has been rebooted.
To boot the drive, press the RESET key of the drive; after booting, activate
the ”Init. module type” command.
4.2.2 Main operating mode
The ”main operating mode” (S-0-0032) defines the general behavior of the
drive and the type of setpoint supplied.
Since the rho supplies cyclic position data changes to the drive, the drive
must traverse the incremental path data in position control mode.
Possible settings:
Position control without feed forward control:
0b0000.0000.0000.0011 (dec.: 3)
Position control with feed forward control:
0b0000.0000.0000.1011 (dec.: 11)
Switch the drive to phase 2 in order to change S-0-0032.
Execute the ”Save main memory” command.
