A CAUTION
Turn off the
power
switch
at
the following times, otherwise the machine
may
oper
ate if the foot switch
is
depressed
by
mistake,
which
cou
ld result in injury.
Threading
When
replacing the bobbin and needle
When
not using the machine and
when
leaving the m
achine
unattended
Do
not touch
any
of
the
moving
parts or
press
any
objects again
st
the
machine
while sewing, as
this
may
result in
persona
l injury or
damage
to
be machine.

Check that the needle bar is
at
the highest position.
Turn the machine pulley so that the index mark
0 on
the pu

is
almost aligned with the point where belt
cover U and belt cover D meet.

started while the index mark 0 is
not correc

displayed (only when memory switch No.14
is
on).

the power switch 0 on.
(The power indicator on the operation panel will light.)

desired program number.

oppy disk drive indicator will light and the pro-
gram no. display 0 will show a P while the data is
being read. When reading

completed, an ala

go
out, then the

display 0 will blink the program num-

er.
