Apply the grease <SA8837-001> specified by Brother in the place indicated by .
1. X pulley bracket
2. X-GT belt
3. Pulley fulcrum shaft
4. Pulley fulcrum shaft collar
5. Pulley A assembly
6. Set screws [2 pcs]
7. X drive shaft
8. Retaining ring
9. X-GT belt
10. Pulley B assembly
11. Set screws [4 pcs]
12. X gear
13. Set screws [4 pcs]
14. Retaining ring
15. X pulley bracket assembly
16. Bolts with washers [2 pcs]
(Temporarily tighten)

Before inserting the X drive
shaft (7), apply grease in the
place indicated by .

lign the reference line and the
edge of the X gear (12), and then
tighten the set screws (13).

Push the retaining ring (14) and the pulley
B assembly (10) against the ball bearings
(a), tighten the set screws (11), and then
move the X drive shaft (7) in the direction o
f
the arrow and check that there is no play.
