Refrigerator
• Replace the rotary valve. Refer to
chapter ”Replacement of the
Rotary Valve and the Cold
Head” on page 7-118.
• Replace the adsorber of the com-
pressor. Refer to the supplied
manual of the cryogenic refrigera-
tor.
• Check the values at the high and
low pressure gauges on the front
panel of the compressor if the
mean values are different and if
an oscillation of the needles is
noticeable. Refer to the supplied
manual of the cryogenic refrigera-
tor.
- Pressure to high: Vent helium
gas. Use the Service Kit.
- Pressure to low: Refill helium
gas of high purity (He 5.0,
99.999%). Use the Service Kit.
