10.4.3 Refrigerator door locking mechanism
During the journey the refrigerator door must always be closed and
locked in the closed position.
Lock the refrigerator door in ventilation position when the refrigerator is
switched off. This prevents mould forming.
There are two positions for locking the refrigerator door in place:
Closed refrigerator door during travel and when the refrigerator is in op-
eration
Slightly opened refrigerator door as a ventilation position when the re-
frigerator is switched off

Open the refrigerator door at the handle (Fig. 124,2). The lock
(Fig. 124,1) is released automatically.
Fully close the refrigerator door. Ensure that the lock is engaged.
Slightly open refrigerator door.
Open the lock (Fig. 125,2) and snap it into the locking catch (Fig. 125,1).
The refrigerator door will then stay slightly open.
