 Turn the catch lever on the side (Fig. 38,2) a quarter turn towards the
centre of the window.
 Press and hold the safety knob (Fig. 39,1) on the bottom catch lever
(Fig. 39,2).
 Turn the bottom catch lever (Fig. 39,2) a quarter turn towards the centre
of the window.
 Open the hinged window to the desired latched position. The automatic
hinge (Fig. 38,1) locks in place automatically.
The hinged window remains locked in the required position.

 Open the hinged window as wide as is necessary to release the lock.
 Close the hinged window.
 Turn the catch levers on the side (Fig. 40,1) a quarter turn towards the
window frame until the locking catch (Fig. 40,2) engages.
 Press and hold the safety knob (Fig. 41,2) on the bottom catch lever
(Fig. 41,3).
 Turn the bottom catch lever (Fig. 41,3) a quarter turn towards the win-
dow frame until the locking catch (Fig. 41,1) engages.
