6.5.15 - Sostituzione del ltro, del preltro
carburante e spurgo del circuito
6.5.15 - Replace fuel lter, fuel prelter, and
bleed fuel system
CAUTION: Before starting work, make sure
that the engine is cold.
CAUTION: Handle fuel with care, it is highly
ammable. Never perform work on the fuel
system while smoking, or next to open
ames or sparks.
IMPORTANT: dispose of fuel and lters in
accordance with local regulations. DO NOT
drain on the ground, into a drain or into a leaky
container. Be responsible for the environment.
Replace fuel change lter
- Remove clamps when twist protection mounted
(optional). Loosen and unscrew lter with tool.
- Collect escaping fuel.
- Clean the sealing surface of the lter carrier with
a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Oil the seal of the new spare lter lightly.
- Screw on new lter by hand until the gasket is
touching and tighten.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm - 12 Nm
- Tighten the clamps when twist protection mounted
(optional).
- Vent the fuel system.
Change the fuel pre-lter insert
- Shut down engine
- Shut o the fuel supply to the engine (with high
lying tank).
- Place suitable collecting containers underneath.
- Electrical connection: Disconnect cable
connections.
- Loosen drain plug and drain liquid.
- Disassemble lter insert.
- Clean any dirt o the sealing surfaces of the new
lter cartridge and opposite side of lter head.
ATTENZIONE: Prima di iniziare a lavorare,
accertarsi che il motore è freddo.
ATTENZIONE: maneggiare il carburante
con attenzione, è altamente inammabile.
Non eseguire mai lavori sul sistema di
alimentazione mentre si fuma, o accanto a amme
o scintille aperte.
IMPORTANTE: smaltire il carburante ed i ltri
in conformità alle normative locali vigenti. NON
versare il carburante sul terreno, nella fognatura
o in contenitori che possano perdere. Rispettare
assolutamente l’ambiente.
