12.5.2 Buildings with automatic smoke venting systems
Smoke
vents
shall
be
operated
only
manually,
or
else
the
sprinkler
heads
shall
be
selected
so
as
to
operate before
the
smoke
vents
open.
12.6 Sprinkler guards
When
sprinklers,
other
than
ceiling
or
flush
sprinklers,
are
installed
in
a
position
at
risk
of
mechanical damage,
they
shall
be
fitted
with
a
suitable
metal
guard.
