Appendix C BACNet MSTP Implementation
1) Basic Information
The PMC-53A with the Firmware V1.00.03 or later supports the BACnet MS/TP protocol and can
easily be connected to a BACnet MS/TP network using an off-the shelf BACnet router. The PMC-
53A provides four types of BACnet objects. Standard Protocol Implementation Conformance
Statement (PICS) as illustrated in table below describes the required characteristics of the BACnet
implementation.

 Property Range Restrictions: Object_Identifier - valid range is between 0 and 4194302;
Object_Name - limited to 32 characters; Location - limited to 64 characters; Description -
limited to 64 characters; Max_Master – valid range is between 1 and 127.
