Supported Flags:
Bit 0 (ONLINE):
0 = Offline, which represents that the control of the Output could not be implemented.
1 = Online, which represents that the Output works properly, once control request has been sent, the command could be
correctly implemented.
Bit 7 (STATE): 0=Off, 1=On
