Transfer Call Without Talking to Transfer Recipient
Procedure
Step 1
From an active call, choose Options > Trnsfer.
Step 2
Dial the target number.
Step 3
Choose Options > Trnsfer again to complete the transfer or EndCall to cancel.
If your phone supports on-hook transfer, you can also complete the transfer by disconnecting.Note

Procedure
Step 1
From an active call, choose Options > Trnsfer.
Step 2
Dial the target number.
Step 3
Wait for the transfer recipient to answer.
Step 4
Choose Options > Trnsfer again to complete the transfer or EndCall to cancel.
If your phone supports on-hook transfer, you can also complete the transfer by disconnecting.
Transfer Two Current Calls to Each Other (Direct Transfer) Without Staying
on Line
Procedure
Step 1
Scroll to highlight any call on the same line.
Step 2
Choose Options > Select. The icon appears by the selected call.
Step 3
Scroll to highlight the other call on the same line.
Step 4
To transfer the checked call to the highlighted line, choose Options > DirTrfr.
The two calls connect to each other and drop you from the call.
Step 5
If you want to stay on the line with the callers, choose Options > Join.
