Managing Your Device
Setting Device Properties
Assign a name and a domain name to your device to ensure that it is easily
identified by other devices.
To set device properties:
STEP 1 Choose Administration > Device Properties.
STEP 2 In the Hostname field, enter a name to identify the device uniquely on your
network. For example, RTR141.
STEP 3 In the Domain Name field, enter the domain in which your device is located. For
example, abcbusiness.com. If you do not know the name of your organization’s
domain, contact your network administrator.
STEP 4 Save your changes.
Setting Password Complexity
You can enforce a minimum password complexity requirement for password
changes.
To configure password complexity settings:
STEP 1 Choose Administration > Password Strength.
STEP 2 In the Password Complexity Settings field, check Enable.
