Bus Right Voltage Unbalance
BusL protect: BusR V unbal; BusR V unb del
Analog protect: Batt >V; Batt <V; Batt volt del
8.1.4 Bus left voltage and frequency protections - limits and
indications
IDMT Current: This protection can be activated or deactivated by the setpoint
BusL Protect:BusL2Inom prot. For more information on the dynamic delay of this protection
refer to the setpoint BusL Protect:BusL2Inom del in the APPENDIX of this document or in
context help in GenConfig.
IDMT Active Power: This protection can be activated or deactivated by the setpoint
BusL Protect:BusL2POvrldPro. BusL protect:OveldStrtEval setpoint defines when the IDMT
Active Power protection starts to be evaluated. For more information on the dynamic delay of
this protection refer to the setpoint BusL Protect:2POVrldStrtEvDel in the APPENDIX of this
document or in context help in GenConfig.
BusL Over and Under Voltage: This protection limits are given by setpoints BusL protect:BusLeft
>V, BusL protect: BusLeft <V. Delay for over and under voltage is given by the setpoint
BusL protect:BusLeft V del. Protection is indicated by message “BL LX over” (X = number of
corresponding phase) or “BL LX under”. When Basic settings:FixVoltProtSel is adjusted to
PHASE-PHASE then this protection is evaluated based on voltage between phases and it is
indicated by “BL LXY over” or “BL LXY under” (where XY are number of corresponding phases).
BusL Over and Under Frequency: This protection limits are given by setpoints
BusL protect:BusLeft >f, BusL protect: BusLeft <f. Delay for over and under frequency is
given by the setpoint BusL protect:BusLeft f del. Protection is indicated by message “BusL f
over” or “BusL f under”.
8.1.5 Bus right voltage and frequency protections - limits and
indications
BusR Over and Under Voltage: This protection limits are given by setpoints BusR protect:BusRight
>V, BusR protect: BusRight <V. Delay for over and under voltage is given by the setpoint
BusR protect:BusRight V del. Protection is indicated by message “BR LX over” (X = number of
corresponding phase) or “BR LX under”. When Basic settings:FixVoltProtSel is adjusted to
PHASE-PHASE then this protection is evaluated based on voltage between phases and it is
indicated by “BR LXY over” or “BR LXY under” (where XY are number of corresponding
phases).
BusR Over and Under Frequency: This protection limits are given by setpoints
BusR protect:BusRight >f, BusR protect: BusRight <f. Delay for over and under frequency is
given by the setpoint BusR protect:BusRight f del. Protection is indicated by message “BusR f
over” or “BusR f under”.
8.1.6 User configurable protections
Controller provides vast possibilies for user configurable protections. There are several protections
that configured by default in standard configuration. For step-by-setp guide on how to configure your
own protections please go to chapter 7.1.6.2.
