The WAN Setup screen below shows PPPoE configuration that allows you to
configure your ADSL Internet subscription.
Description of parameters
Username and
Password
The information is given by the Internet Service
Provider.
Service Name
Certain ADSL Internet subscriptions require the user to
enter the service name. You may enter the service
name for your ADSL Internet subscription.
Idling Timeout
Idle Timeout is the count down time to cut off the
broadband connection when there is no traffic passing
through the WAN port i.e. when there is no more
activity at the WAN port after all your PCs are turn off.
NOTE
For Singapore users should follow the format below to enter their usernames:
Pacific Internet Broadband: username@pacific.net.sg
SingNet Broadband: username@singnet
QALA DSL: username@qala.com.sg
