Note that update rate codes L2 and L3 in the following table are explained at
the end of the table. Where no update rate is shown, it does not apply.

#91.01 Fast update enable
This is a bit-mapped parameter; the bits control the following:
Bit Function
0 Set at 1 to enable all fast parameters
1 Set at 1 to enable fast frequency set point (#91.02)
2 Set at 1 to enable fast hard speed reference (#91.03)
3 Set at 1 to enable fast torque setpoint (#91.04)
#91.02 Speed set-point
The value of #91.02 is a 16-bit number, consisting of 15 bits plus a
sign bit. The full-scale value results in the speed given by #91.05
Full-scale speed.
When the Drive is used in open loop, the resolution is given by the
15 bits.
When the Drive is used in closed loop, the resolution is dependent
on the encoder.

#91.03 Hard speed-reference
Use #91.03 only when the Drive is used in closed loop. #91.03 is
mapped as hard speed reference (#3.19) in the Unidrive.

#91.04 is mapped to the torque reference (#4.08).

#91.05 Full-scale speed
Use #91.05 only when the Drive is used in closed loop in order to set
the full-scale speed. This allows maximum use of the 16-bit
resolution of #91.02 Speed setpoint.
