6.10 Troubleshooting for the Installation & Utilities Program
6.10.1 Serial Number Mismatch
Problem
If there is a mismatch between the serial number on the scanner label,
and the number in the scanner parameters (those saved in the scanner),
the program requests the correct serial number a second time.
In the following example, the second serial number digit, 3, is
incorrect, and should have been 9.
