Replacement Procedure
To replace the transparency lamp perform the following:

1. Lift up the top cover.
Switch OFF the main power switch of the scanner.
The transparency lamp is hot. Wait a few minutes for the lamp to cool off
before replacing it.
Place cardboard on the glass plate to prevent damaging the glass during
this procedure.
