VARIABLE RANGE DESCRIPTION
Current (RMS) 0–1000 A RMS current of the controller, taking all
Current_RMS 0–10000 three phases into account.
Modulation Depth 0–100 % Percentage of available voltage being used.
Modulation_Depth 0–1182
Frequency -300–300 Hz Controller electrical frequency.
Frequency -18000–18000
Temperature -100–300 °C Controller internal temperature.
Controller_Temperature -1000–3000
Main State 0–10 Main contactor state:
Main_State 0–10 0 = open
1 = precharge
2 = weldcheck
3 = closingdelay
4 = missingcheck
5 = closed (when Main Enable = On)
6 = delay
7 = arccheck
8 = opendelay
9 = fault
10= closed (when Main Enable = Off).
Regen On/Off On when regen braking is taking place;
Regen_State On/Off Off when it is not.

VCL Error Module 0–65536 A VCL Runtime Error (fault code 68) will
Last_VCL_Error_Module 0–65536 store additional information about the
cause of a VCL runtime error in the VCL
VCL Error 0–65536 Error Module and VCL Error variables. The
Last_VCL_Error 0–65536 resulting non-zero values can be compared
to the runtime VCL module ID and error
code definitions listed in the controller’s OS
SysInfo file, which should help pinpoint the
VCL error that caused the runtime error.
Motor Characterization Error 0–65536 A Motor Characterization Error (fault code 87)
Motor_Characterization_Error 0–65536 will store additional information in the Motor
Characterization Error variable:
0 = none
1 = encoder signal seen but unable to
determine step size; must set up
Encoder Step Size manually
2 = motor temp sensor fault
3 = motor temp hot cutback fault
4 = controller overtemp cutback fault
5 = controller undertemp cutback fault
6 = undervoltage cutback fault
7 = severe overvoltage fault
8 = encoder signal not seen, or one or
both channels missing
9 = motor parameters out of character-
ization range.
