Used to co
nfigure the 802.1X capability of a range of ports on the
Switch.
Purpose
config 8
02.1x capability ports [<portlist> | all] [authenticator | none]
Syntax
This
command has two capabilities that can be set for each port,
authenticator and none.
Description
Parameters
<portlist>  Specifies a port or range of ports to be configured.
all  Specifies all of the ports on the Switch.
authenticator  A user must pass the authentication process to gain
access to the network.
none  The port is not controlled by the 802.1X functions.
Only Administrator-level users
can issue this command.
Restrictions
Example usage:
To configure 802.1X capability on ports 1 to 10:
DES-3200-28:4#config 802.1x capability ports 1–10 authenticator
Command: config 802.1x capability ports 1–10 authenticator
Success.
